From Design to Doorstep
Every Kadaligh vanity passes through six stages before it reaches your bathroom.
Design
Our in-house designers create 3D renderings of each vanity. Clients review and approve proportions, materials, and finish before production begins. Custom dimensions and configurations are standard — not an upcharge.
Material Selection
We source solid hardwoods (oak, ash, walnut) from certified suppliers, natural stone slabs (slate, marble, quartz) for countertops, and marine-grade hardware that resists bathroom humidity for decades.
Manufacturing
CNC routers cut panels to 0.1mm tolerance. Joints are doweled and glued for structural strength. Surfaces receive three coats of water-resistant lacquer with hand-sanding between each coat.
Quality Control
Every unit is tested: moisture content below 12%, drawer cycle test (20,000 opens), surface scratch resistance, and weight load test (countertop rated for 150 kg). Units that fail any check are reworked, not shipped.
Packaging
Cabinet, countertop, mirror, and faucet are each wrapped in EPE foam, then boxed individually. All boxes are palletized and stretch-wrapped. Corner protectors prevent transit damage even on rough ocean freight.
Shipping
We ship from Shenzhen via sea freight (25–35 days to US West Coast) or air freight (7–10 days). We prepare all export documents, coordinate with your customs broker, and offer door-to-door delivery for full container loads.
